Support is offered by certified support engineers. System Integrators and Resellers have access to ProDiS's experienced resources when faced with challenges that they have not been exposed to, ProDiS has direct access to support from the manufactures when escalation is necessary.

Training is key to benifitting from the products. We offer training to end users and resellers and official certification to System Integrators.
